Can I cancel a service once the job has started?

Once you have accepted the quote and the job has started you cannot cancel the job.

What is the warranty period for Serviced Product?

We stand by our work. All repairs come with a 3 month guarantee. This means if your computer breaks down with the same problem within 3 months of our repair we will fix it free of charge including parts. This does not include virus or spyware infections.

Is my Data Safe?

We will always take measures to care in looking after your data. We will discuss backing up your data with you prior to undertaking any installations and setups and if the data isn’t backed up we can offer an-alternate solution or some advice. We always recommend if possible you take a backup before handover to any service provider.

How quickly will i receive my device back?

How quickly you receive the device back is completely dependent on the depth of the problem, and will vary on case to case basis. However once you have accepted the quote you are given an approximate delivery date & time too.

What is the difference between Inspection & Service charge?

Inspection charge is basic minimum fare against visit of professional to assess the job at the spot. Wherein Service Charge is the fare to serve the purpose/complete of the job. Materials/replacement will be charged extra on actual with invoice to provide convenience.


What are the modes of payment?

You can now opt to pay using online payment options including credit card, debit card and net banking. We however, would highly recommend the wallet mode of payment. As always, you could choose to pay us by cash after the service.

How safe is my card information with you?

We work with certified and experienced partners in managing your confidential information including saved cards among others. Your information is saved in an encrypted form and information sent over secure channels. Your information is therefore safe and secure.

Can I pay online after a service?

We do not support this currently. However, we plan to support this shortly in the weeks to come.


How are the professionals rated?

After each service is completed, our customers are asked to rate the service on different parameters and judge the overall satisfaction of the service. You would also be allowed to rate a provider based on some parameters.

Do we get a final invoice against completed job?

Yes, Final invoice will be sent to registered e-mail ID after job completion.

What are the timings to avail a service?

You can choose you’re the time and date for the services as per your convenience.
